After a lengthy career in the foodservice industry with companies including PepsiCo, Yum Brands, Aramark, and Board service with the Women’s Foodservice Forum, Veena discovered her love of consulting and especially enjoys problem resolution. She has led initiatives involving workplace culture, learning capability development, and diversity, equity and inclusion programming implementation. Veena has also led numerous change management projects including agile IT transformations, operations transformations, M&A/divestiture integrations, and HR, Finance and Commercial operating model redesign.
