As 2024 comes to a close, I would like to express how grateful we are for our partners, our clients, and our team for making this another amazing year at Leading NOW. Thanks to each and every one of you for being part of the many achievements we’ve shared this year. As we turn the page and look forward to 2025, I would like to share our Top 10 memorable moments of which you’ve played a part––we could not have done it without your support and participation.
TOP 10 LEADING NOW MOMENTS OF 2024
- Our CEO, Kelly Lockwood Primus, was named the Most Influential Woman Leader by Enterprise World magazine. WOO HOO!!
- We released our latest research from the Gender Dynamics Institute on The 9 Critical Differentiators™ for Career Success AND created a Leadership Development Program in support of that research. Put plans in place to implement this program for YOUR organization in 2025!
- Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) for Executive Programming hit an all-time record high of 78 (anything above 70=excellent). AMAZING!!
- We announced a Strategic Partnership with Women’s Energy Network (WEN) to close the leadership gender gap for Women in Energy!
- CSP magazine launched new advice column “Ask Julia” written by our president, Julia Lazzara, for women in the Convenience Store industry. The column was a result of Leading NOW’s success as founding partner and content-provider of the C-Store Women’s (CSW) event. WOW!!
- We released research on The Importance of Belonging in the Workplace™ from the Center for Diversity & Inclusion, to help organizations understand why belonging matters so much in today’s workforce.
- Kelly wrote 3 Forbes articles this year! In case you missed them:
- We added 5 more global business-centric experts to our team of consultants! They are incredible women that bring real-world experience and perspective as facilitators for our programming. Learn more about them here.
- We announced a Strategic Partnership with GLEAM Network, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide mentorship and leadership development to the Restaurant/FoodService industry; we will be providing our world-class programming, pro-bono, in support of its GLEAM’s 1:1 Mentorship Program. This is a mission near and dear to our hearts!
- More than 4,000+ participants experienced our Best-in-Class workshops and programming this year with resounding results (see #3 above)! Leading NOW delivered two business acumen certification programs for Women in Sports & Events (WISE); 26 educational sessions at the Foundation for Women’s Leadership & Empowerment’s Women’s Leadership Conference (WLC); a Master Class on Belonging at the Louisiana SHRM Diversity & Inclusion Summit; a Webinar on The Importance of Belonging in the Workplace™; and multiple other sessions for our clients and other events. AWESOME!!
