Event Heeds Call for Professional Development in the Agri-Sector BOSTON - Feb. 23, 2022 - Shaping the future of workplace dynamics by advocating for women’s advancement and engaging male allies to bring gender balance to leadership, Leading Women, a division of Leading NOW, has partnered with Women in Agribusiness (WIA) to deliver a virtual one-day event for the women leaders in Women in Agribusiness Europe on Tuesday, March 29, 2022.

BOSTON - Jan. 27, 2022 - Leading NOW, the leadership expert and global advisor to organizations seeking to change mindsets, behaviors, and cultures to be inclusive for all, is pleased to announce it has partnered with Winsight to create an educational and professional development program for emerging leaders. The partnership addresses the lack of diversity and leadership development specific to the restaurant industry. The inaugural Restaurant Leadership Development Program will be delivered by Leading NOW experts at the 2022 Restaurant Leadership Conference (RLC) in April.

For more than 18 years, Leading Women has positively impacted organizations committed to achieving goals for women’s advancement. Over the last year, we’ve grown our partnerships with several women’s associations, expanding our women’s leadership offerings to audiences in virtually every industry––from sports to restaurants to agriculture, and everything in between. As you probably know, March 8th is International Women’s Day and this year’s theme is #BreakTheBias. At Leading Women, we help companies like yours overcome the bias women and underrepresented talent face every day. Our research-based programming goes beyond conventional wisdom by delivering unique career guidance in the areas of leadership, career success, mentoring, executive presence and more.

As we say goodbye to 2021, I’d like to share some of the highlights we’ve had (there have been quite a few, but I promise to keep it short and sweet!), and the people, partners and clients that have helped take us one step closer to achieving “diversity and inclusion for all” goals. It was a busy year in research at Leading NOW’s Center for Diversity & Inclusion (CDI) and the Gender Dynamics Institute (GDI):

In her new role, Julia will oversee the growth of Leading NOW's portfolio of brands and the expansion of the organization's impact globally.
